Guided tour of University of Greenwich Roof Garden and Living Walls
Led by Dr Benz Kotzen, Monday 21 May, 2018, 3-5pm
Since the Landscape Department moved to central Greenwich in 2013, the staff led by Dr Benz Kotzen have been developing the roof gardens as a teaching and research resource under the umbrella of the Green Roofs and Living Walls Centre, see https://greenroofslivingwalls.org/ The tour will last two hours and view the university’s living walls and roof gardens. There will be discussion of the related habitats and urban ecology, aquaponics and other aspects of the landscape research being undertaken. Walkable from Cutty Sark DLR station or Greenwich main line railway station.
NB Greenwich main line station is just eight minutes from London Bridge station.
